FAA Reauthorization Bill Passage

The House and Senate have passed a compromise five-year FAA reauthorization bill- the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (H.R.302). The Senate followed the House’s action last week and passed this bill by a vote of 93-6, sending the bill to President Trump to be signed into law.

Powder River Large Force Excercise

General Atomics' unmanned trans-Atlantic flight makes history

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. made aviation history when its SkyGuardian remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) took off from Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota July 10 and landed a day later at the Fairford Royal Air Force Base in Gloucestershire, U.K.
