Powder River MOA

On April 5th the Ellsworth Air Force Base 28th Bomb Wing and AOPA  hosted a users group meeting to discuss issues regarding the Powder River Training Complex (MOA). Approximately 30 attendees were in attendance from ND, SD, WY, MT, ATC, FAA, AOPA and NBAA.
