NDAC Request For Qualifications - 2027 Pavement Condition Index Update

The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission (NDAC) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to update its statewide airport pavement management system and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) inventory. This project includes approximately 72 paved public airports, subject to final scope and funding. This selection will be based on qualifications. Do not submit fees or cost proposals.
The finalized Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is below and includs infromation realted to all submission requirements and evaluation criteria. The NDAC must receive one electronic PDF file SOQ by email no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, November 24th, 2026.
