Aerial Applicator Complaints must be filed here. Very specific information is required in order to investigate complaints. You will have the ability to upload photos or video.

 

All aerial applicator operations, pilots, and aircraft (both in and out of state) must be licensed with our office annually. You can find a list of authorized sprayers here.
