Air Charters and Leases - FAA

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act in 2018, the FAA was tasked with addressing the safety hazards posed to the public by Illegal Aircraft Charter and Dry Lease Operations. The Fargo FAA office is hosting an event to educate the public on Illegal Charter and Dry lease operations and the safety and legal concerns associated with them. Our target audience is Pilots and Aircraft owners, but any members of the public flying on private aircraft or chartering aircraft may benefit from this message. The Event will be held at the Fargo Air Museum on December 5, 2019 from 830am-3pm.
