Disadvantaged Business Enterprise 

The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission has established a Title 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program for projects the agency performs under federal grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. This program also applies to all NPIAS General Aviation airports in North Dakota in regards to their own respective FAA-funded projects. Please note that North Dakota’s commercial airports maintain individual DBE programs and goals on their own websites.
