Two aviators to be inducted into North Dakota Aviation Hall of Fame

The North Dakota Aviation Hall of Fame committee announces the names of two individuals that were recently selected to be inducted in the ND Aviation Hall of Fame. The induction will take place on March 8th at the Upper Midwest Aviation Symposium banquet in Bismarck, ND.

FAA Issues new procedures for student pilot certificate

The FAA has published a final rule changing the way student pilot certificates will be issued and withdrawing plans to require photos on all pilot certificates.

2015 Airline Passenger Numbers

North Dakota’s commercial service airports finished 2015 with a statewide total of 1,179,269 passenger boarding’s. The 2015 passenger numbers are the second best year on record for the state and also marks the first year since 2007 that North Dakota’s statewide airline passenger boarding numbers posted a year-over-year decline.
